What Would Cause Passing Of Stools Frequently & Discomfort While Eating?
my 1 month old son is not eating properly, he used to have 4 ounces every 2 to 2.5 hours now hes not even taking 2 ounces, hes having frequent stool, sometime even while he is eating and hes been moaning and seems in discomfort of some sort.. pls help
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here, the condition needs to be rule out for the bacillary dysentery or the condition can be managed on tentative basis with Metronidazole the dose should be adjusted with the weight, along with this Lactobacillus lyophilized powder it is kind of probiotic. In pediatric age group of patient better to be more careful, and it should not be taken any chance but to see the pediatrician if the initial treatment is not responding. hope this information helps.
