What Would A Lump On The Supraclavicular Area Indicate?

my wife had a breast cancer two years ago. Everythings was fine and last month she felt a lump on her supra clavicular. The oncologist ordered blood test for tumor markers, PET scan and CT and everything turned out negative. Wondering what would it be.

Hi

The lump in your wifes supraclavicular area could be due to an infection as PET scan and tumour markers are negative for malignancy.
I would recommend she takes a course of antibiotic like amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium for 7 days.

Regards
DR De
