What Will Happen If Very Little Quantity Of Salicylic Acid Goes Into The Eye?

Good evening. This morning while using Salicylic acid, just a bit on a Q-tip in an area on my face, a got a little bit in my eye, of course it stung for a while, my eye is still red tonight, I put some eye lubricant in it right afterwards and tonight as well, will it be o.k.?

Wash it with clean water several time. It will cause mild burn injury of cornea. Get it examined by eye doctor. Ofloxacin eye drop.3% may be applied 4hourly.take the advise of eye doctor for follow up treatment of corneal injury.
