What Type Of Insulin For Type 1 Diabetes(juvenile) ?

so....i m recently diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and i m 17. doctors said i don t have to take insulin yet. but i may need to start taking insulin in a mon th or two looking at the uncertain level of blood glucose . i don t want to seem too nervous by asking too much questions to the doctor. i read there s lots of types of insulins so i just want to be ready. thanks!
