What Treatment To Be Taken For Sore Throat And White Spot On Throat?

I keep getting sore throat. It's sore on the left side and I can see tiny little white spots but they're not on my tonsil. Also the glands under my chin on the same side hurt. I also have a tender ear on that side too. Sore throat seems to go, then it comes back really quickly. Just wondering what's going on???

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from recurring throat infection and the most common cause of it is bacterial infection.
The little white spots on the throat seems to be pus pockets and it seems to be secondary to infection..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like throat swab culture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
You can be advised to take antibiotics like Augmentin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
Do warm saline gargles and steam inhalations..
You can suck throat lozenges and chew Vitamin C pellet..
Drink plenty of warm water and avoid spicy and chilled foods..
You can also gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine to relieve pain..
