What Treatment To Be Taken For High Creatinine Level?
Hi, I am Sarmistha . I want to know about my father's health. At pre sent he has creatinine level 1.5 Now he had done a X-ray report and ultra sonography . In ultra sonography report there is no calculus found, but in X-ray report there is upper pelvis multiple calcification. Is it very serious problem?
Hi Sarmistha, Looking at the radiological and ultrasound findings, in my opinion these are normal age related changes. The pelvic calcifications seen are due to calcium depositions in the pelvic veins. It is normal age related degenerative change. The ultrasound findings are normal and there is no stones. Creatinine levels are dependent on muscle mass and exercise. 1.5 mg% could be normal. Require further history of diabetes or hypertension or any renal related abnormalities to further confirm. Any further queries, happy to help again. Dr. Prakash HM
