Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
There is a history of nausea for last 2 weeks, frequent urination, constipation, teeth grinding, toothache with periods late by 5 days, one day bleeding and one day light spotting.
All this indicate that you may have the problem with urinary tract infection with dehydration causing constipation and hence nausea.
Toothache and grinding can be due to stress or anxiety and also a cause for late periods as you are not keeping well for the last 2 weeks.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the urine test: Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity to get an idea about the infection and the best suitable antibiotics.
Plenty of oral fluids.
High fiber diet and supplements like Isabgol husk.
PPI like Omeprazole and Domperidone is the nausea persists.
Suitable antibiotic as advised by your Doctor.
Needs to consult a Gynecologist if the gynecological problems.
I find this answer helpful
