What treatment should one take for obstructive azoospermia ?

Diagnosis: Obstructive azoosparnia. PESA shows viable motile spermatozoa. Marital life: 3 yrs and trying for baby from beginning. My wife is ok. I am from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Where I can go for treatment. I am seeking for your valuable suggestion.
