General & Family Physician 's  Response
It seems to be Left-sided BELL's PALSY.
Bell's Palsy is a disease of unknown cause. It may be viral or autoimmune in nature.
There is compression of the nerve supplying the muscles of face. The nerve gets compressed in the canal from where it comes out in the skull.
The two main treatments are TIME and PHYSIOTHERAPY. Adjuvant supportive therapy includes STEROIDS and B-COMPLEX. Last resort would be DECOMPRESSION SURGERY of the nerve.
