Dear Patient,
This happens due to blockage of nasolacrimal duct.So give her anthistaminic syp(Syp Triaminic),Put some antibiotc eye drops(Locula) 3-4 times a day, press gently at the junction of affected eye & nose tip. If these measure fails than consult an eye specialist.

Hi dear
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
She definitely has some infection of her eye.I advise you to visit a Pediatrician as early as possible , because an eye infection in kids should be treated efficiently .She may need a course of antibiotics to treat the infection.
Take care.
