What treatment should be taken for hair loss ?

Hi Doc. I am Male 27 working as soft engg. i had no hair loss problem from both maternal or paternal side but suddenly from last 1 and half month i am realizing more hairfall while taking bath and looks density of my hair is gone down. i think because of more traveling and shifting places this might have occurred. But i just want to stop it before it takes off my more hair. I went to dermatologist and they suggested to use monoxidil 10% ( which looks very more near me) and T. Bio-FCG forte tablet. so what do you suggest as the hair fall is not that more.
