Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum.
Filamentary keratitis occurs in patients with autoimmune disorders or connective tissue disorders. Finding out the cause and treating it is the mainstay of the treatment. The filaments need to be removed using slit lamp and using artificial tears will reduce the eye irritation. Kindly consult a Ophthalmologist.
Good Luck.
