thanks for choosing health care magic.For fracture you should see a orthopedic surgeon normally you need splint or plaster minimum for 3 weeks.For reducing weight you need proper diet planning and regular exercise.If due to fracture you may not be exercising so be extra careful and avoid high calorie diet.Avoid pastries,ice cream,too many chocolates and high fat containing diet.Take small frequent meals and more of salads and vegetables.
