. About one-fourth of women with this type of cyst experience pain. Usually, these cysts produce no symptoms and disappear by themselves within a few months.
Functional ovarian cysts are the most common type of ovarian cyst. They usually disappear by themselves and seldom require treatment. Growths that become abnormally large or last longer than a few months should be removed or examined to determine if they are a sign of a more serious condition.

Hello vidya;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Infertility is called when a couple is staying together and having unprotected relations but still the female does not conceive in a period of 1 year.Ovarian cyst is of many type follicular ;haemorrhagic and in some females can cause irregular periods or problems in ovulation thereby leading to infertility.The problem of cyst is called PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) it is treatable with medicines and another thing is that you can even have a baby with the cyst if you have:-
- proper ovulation .
-fallopian tubes are patent.
-the semen analysis report of your husband is normal.
Please consult a Gynaecologist for examination and treatment and she will guide you and you can discuss it in detail.
All the best.
Thanks
