What Treatment Should I Take As There Are Traces Of Blood During Bowel Movements ?
i have traces of blood during bowel movements. it will stop and then start several days later. thhere is no pain . after using the toilet paper several times, only pink shows and then nothing.

blood during defecation may have various etiology ,any injury to gastric canal ,like ulcer ,mechanical injury of any kind to anal canal ,anal fissure ,vit k deficiency etc .the color generally indicates the part of gastric canal involved in pathology .
Careful investigation is required for proper diagnosis ,however you may use vit k in oral form in interim ,with anti ulcer drugs like omeprazole 20 mg once a day ,empty stomach .
