Eczema is treated with cortico steroids, immuno suppressing agents and most people will do very well with these agents. Also local application of moisturisers are essential. But some amount of patches will remain and nothing much can be done about it.
SInce it has been 10 years i am sure u would have seeked out help. Follow up with 1 single dermat u trust. Also hormonal assays have to be done, esp thyroid and pitutary
