i have throat infection for last 10 days and Doc told it occurs due to acidity . i am feeling some pain that to at night when swallowing and got cold and some fever. I just feel like some thing sticking in my throat and it feels dry . please suggest some medicine

If this is from gastric reflux you need Zantac, Prilosec, or Pepcid AC to deal with it. These can be found over the counter
