What Treatment Is Suggested For Sore Throat With Dizzines?

I think my child is sick. Here are their symptoms: Slight sore throat (mostly in the morning), head ache (dull and sore, around the front and sides), dizzyness, weakness (mostly in the arms and legs), and small amounts of blood coming from back of my throat. (Female, 13) Thank you in advance for your help.
