What Treatment Is Suggested For Severe Back Pain ?

i have bad back pain right in the middle as well as ive been diagnosed with scoliosis at the age of 10. but within the past month my back pain has become almost unbearable and ive been getting pinching and numbness in my right arm especially in the joints at the shoulders and elbow. if it helps when i was 21 ( i am 26 now )i had a fractured t10.

Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic.After going through your query I think You are suffering from acute backache.Treatment of it is rest and analgesics .You can take diclofenac three times a day after meals. Sometimes strong analgesic(such as ultracet three times a day after meals) is required. OMEPRAZOLE 20 MG before meals prevent acidity caused by analgesics .Sometimes vitamin D deficiency is the cause so get your vitamin D checked .If it is low then vitamin D supplementation(Bon DK 60K weekly with milk) can be taken.To futher investigate MRI of the region is advised.
