What Treatment Is Suggested For Possibility Of Barotrauma?

I suspect that I may suffer from Barotrauma in that the weather affects my hearing plus some re3lief is obtained by breathing in and holding your nose and mouth closed to attempt to unclog my ears , sometimed, successfully. Any other aids available?

It is Eustachian tube block.You are doing volsolva. ifr it does not help then you can take anti allergic tablet like livocetrizine. the other possibility are ear infection and sinus infection. ENT doctor has to examine the ear and confirm diagnosis. after proper diagnosis treatment can be changed. with volsalva and anti allergic tablet it will open up.
