What Treatment Is Suggested For Gastritis?

i have gastro problem case of too many pain lillers i had while my accident i break my leg and ankel case of that my stomoch line damage as doctor says now whatevr i eat my stomuch loooks blot and need powder like sofovek every night so hw to get rid of this problem

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of having gastro problem, taken too many pain killers due to broken leg and ankle in accident. Doctors said the medicines caused damage to the stomach lining, bloating of eating, needs softovac to get rid of the problem.
This history is suggestive that your problem is now of the constipation for which you take softovac every night.
It is possible that the painkillers caused this, particularly the Tramadol type of medications.
Hence I would advise you the following.
Continue softovac.
Take a PPI like Omeprazole
Domperidone to regularize the bowel.
Avoid the foods and beverages that cause constipation.
Stop the painkillers that have Tramadol and such medications known to cause constipation.
