What Treatment Is Suggested For Blockage In The Right Ovarian Tube?
Yes, I shall brief to you my case history.
I had consulted u early this year for an opinion on the below said update :

Weight : 70kg
Dr. I had in june 2010 an ectopic pregnancy... later detected isthmus tubal pregnancy...by 2nd dosage methotrexate HCG levels decreased... (happd in the rt tubal end) i went to the dr.. this month feb (aftr 6months rest) and she asked me to take the HSG PROCEDURE.. in tht they found my left tube is fine..but right one is not seen..or say its blocked...wat does this mean...is my tube functionless?
Now after this with the same doctor(Indian, keralite) I have gone through 2 full cycles doing ovulation induction with Merional/ IVF-M injections and the result was not similar.
1st time(MAY beginning-JUNE beginning) : left ovary dint produce any follicle, but right ovary did get 2
2nd time(NOV beginning -DEC beginning) : right ovary produced 2, and left ovary 1 – but the left one didn’t grow to the favorable size 18, but only to 16 – by then the right ones were 18& 20 so she couldn’t give further injection and also to burst injections… and left it to natural situation of bursting n sperm n egg meeting. But again, I got periods.
Now is there any point doing the same treatment, as my right one mostly is favorable, but now is of no use (or is it possible, being blocked it can stil be useful)? Left one hardly produce.. On that basis, we asked her about changing pattern – she kinda readily said.. y shud I do all this.. u are impatient.. u need a lot of patience in this way, if not go do IVF.
We also met another doctor, an arab (Egyptian male) who is having many facilities. He said we will try one IUI with high dose of induction. Then if that doesn’t work, then IVF.
Suddenly wen I heard this – I am upset, but I didn’t expect this soo soon..
Dr., wat do u suggest.
-Should I change the doctor, thereby treatment, as - if I change the doctor, will that affect me? I feel she will feel bad. Just that God has promised to give me…should ,.I wait upon Him with the Indian doctor only.
-wat mode of treatment shud I take.
I’m highly confused.
Hope you can suggest so that I can be clear wat to do.

Yes you have blockage in the right tube.. I would suggest to get a hysteroscopy done with tubal cannulation.. By lalrkscopy see for dye spillage.. If tubal cannhlation is possible , yku can try for another 3 months with ovulation induction drug and IUI.. Then if still no pregnancy you can go for IUI.. Hope I have answered your query ..
