What Treatment Is Recommended For An Elderly Patient Who Is Bedridden?

Hello my name is Arnold and my grandma is 80 years old and is bedridden and our family wants her walking again. My grandma can only be in a wheel chair as of right now because she has no strength on her legs for walking or standing up. How can we help her.
