What treatment and diet should be maintained for bone TB ?

My brother s age is 16+. He is suffering from back pain with right knee pain . By test & MRI ON spine he is detected Bone TB, Mild disk disorder & high uric acid . Now medicine continue. Please advice me 1. Which type of precaution should we take to cure him? 2. Which type of food & medicine maintain? Partha SIngha Roy Singur, Hooghly, W.B., India.

for bone tb the anti tubercular treatment should be followed as advised by doctor the full course of treatment to be taken and should regularly be checked up and under treatment
weight bearing on the knee to be avoided and qudriceps muscle exercises to be practised follow the advice of orthopaedic surgeon
high protein balanced diet to maintain nutrition
avoid red meats as they increases uric acid
do not stop anti tb treatment on your own
