What To For The Uncontrollable Urine Tendency?
My age is 76 years I have urnie problems as it s very frequent , there is urgency and it s uncontrollable.i had twice heart by pass In 1980 and 2001 . Urine culture is ok.altra sound obdominal all in limit .urine pressure 5.9 .p.s.a .41 . There is burning sensation feeling in urinary tract but there is no infection as esr is normal. Shall appreciate your help and advice. Tks

Noted your urine culture negative.
So no chance of urinary tract infection...
Here you could have prostate problem in the form of benign prostatic hyperplasia or malignancy...
Transrectal ultrasonography with biopsy may needed...
If it is Prostrate hyperplasia tamsulosin Like drug has to be started....
