ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello dear,
After going through your history, I believe you have some genuine concern and I will try to help you out of this situation.

The usual cosmetic problem after septoplasty is a depressed nose.

The only solution for this going for a CORRECTIVE RHINOPLASTY. Here the surgeon will take cartilage from your pinna or rib and reconstruct your nose to give it a proper shape. The donor site will not create any defect.

This surgery needs great expertise and essentially a good rhinoplastic surgeon should do it.

I hope I could solve your query. Please do not hesitate to clarify more doubts for the same situation.

Thank you for the way you are in my life.
