What To Do In Case Of Pain Due To Air Bubble Under Skin Caused Due To Injury ?

I slammed my wrist against a door. What seemed like an air bubble under my skin grew in the area where i was hit. The air bubble hurts and I can move it around if I touch it gently with my fingers. What should I do.

DEAR SIR/MADAM

IT IS VERY UNUSUAL FOR AN AIR BUBBLE TO MOVE BENEATH THE SKIN FOLLOWING A TRAUMA, IT MIGHT BE DUE TO SOME OTHER CAUSE.
PLEASE CONSULT YOUR SURGEON ONE.
