What To Do If Sugar Levels Shot Up, Skin Turned Black Due To Inactivity After Fracturing Leg?

I am 63 and Diabetic since last 13 Years. Iam professional and working having fractured in right legs hence phisical exercise and walking restricted. Recently my diabetic shoot up to 280-250, having fatigue and skin became blakish. I am taking allopathy medicine.

Hi sir, after going through your query understood your concern.

I advice you not worry much regarding physical activity until the fracture completely heals. If your are on drugs or on insulin, consult your doctor and try to increase the dose under his guidance. Follow strict low calorie diet advice.

Regarding skin please check for infection. If it is so start an antibiotic course. Don't forget to take your doctor's advice regarding increase of dosage of your medication.
