What To Do If Right Tonsil Is Swollen, White Chunks Are Coming Out And Bleeding Excessively?

My right tonsil is super swollen, and i can feel my glands and SEE them very swollen. After a day or 2 of a sore throat, it got reallly bad today. I had weird white chunks coming out of my right tonsil to the point where it was bleeding excessively. I'm pretty worried and it hurts ridiculously. Is it something i should go in for? I don't currently have insurance now :/

Hello.
Swollen tonsil is due to infection and bleeding is due to enlarged tonsil .Consult an E N T specialist and get his opinion .
In such type of cases usually I prescribe levofloxacin 750 mg / day with some local antiseptic solution available as OTC product.
Sometimes hot saline gargles also provide relief.
Since levofloxacin is a prescription medicine so consult an E N T and get his opinion .
Good luck
