General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, Did the Doctor examine you.
Hope it is not a hernia.
Even if it is Epididymitis it will take 2 to 3 weeks to disappear.
I suggest you take treatment for 2 weeks and then see the doctor, preferably a Surgeon again and if it does not go then get an Ultrasound of the Scrotum done after a Surgeon has examined you.
Take care,
Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
