What To Do If Having Pain In Left Testicle Many Years After Vasectomy?

many years ago I had a vasectomy Several years afterward I started with pain in my left testicle. I then had a scan and was told that the pain was caused by something similar to a varicose vein on the lesticle .I received no treatment apart from PK's. Recently the pain is getting worse and more prolonged. What can I do ,[please? Could I have the testicle removed - I am 87 years of age?

Hi.
Regards !
With your age , you can either go for varicocelectomy ( removal of the varicose veins) or can also go ahead with orchidectomy ( removal of the whole contents on that side.
IN the meantime you can have a scrotal support to ease the pain, lying down helps to drain the blood and thus helps reducing the pain.
I find this answer helpful
