What To Do If Having Migraine, Vein Popping Out On The Left Temple, Throbbing Pain?

I have a migraine. My eyes hurt and A vein is popped out on the left side of my temple and I can feel it throbbing. I get headaches all the time, somedays worse then others. I wear glasses and need some teeth pulled. Wasnt sure if that could have anything to do with it. I have tried taking aleve, tylenol migraine and bayer migraine and have gotten little comfort. Please help

I understand that a migraine is a distressing symptom. It seems that you have a migraine which happens due to a trigger factor. A trigger factor is anything that causes the headache. You can try to identify the trigger factor and then avoid it to help you prevent the headache.

Here are a few things that you can do to help:
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
