hello DR i am really grateful for this help
i was suffering last 2 days from a dizzy and noise on my ears especially left i have make a blood analyses that shows cholesterol of 247 and Tgp 63 also my hypertension was about 120 to 80 in the last three days i need to mention that i have pericardia in the the third week and as my Doctor said that it getting better ECG shows no pericardia and my chest pain almost gone so i need to know what i do about Dizzy

Your symptoms could be related to an inner ear disorder, considering also the noise in your ears. They don't seem to be related to your blood pressure or your heart problems. You shouldn't worry about it!
Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with an ENT specialist and performing labyrinthine tests.
