What To Do If Had Panic Attack, Burning And Discomfort In Chest After Smoking Synthetic Cannibas?

I smoked synthetic cannibas earlier, approximately a 2-3 hours ago. I had a scary experience and possible panic attack, my heart was beating out of my chest, now feeling back to normal mostly, I have an almost burning feeling and discomfort in my chest, please help me to understand what happening?

Hi,

Synthetic cannabis is very potent as it usually has a high THC content. THC is known to cause anxiety and panic attacks. I expect you will feel better in a few hours as the drug is washed off from your body. I would suggest that you stay away from cannabis in all forms.
