What To Do If Been Diagnosed With Hepatitis C And Having Chronic Backpain, Kneepain?

I have been diagnosed with hepatitis c, contracted from a needle prick, when I worked as a nurse. I have chronic back pain from a injury. My liver enzymes are normal. I do use tropical patches for the pain right now, but in the process of moving all by myself. My doctor will give me a script for vicoden. What do you suggest? Also wanted to mention severe pain in lower back and knees. I'm 44 years young. Would appreciate any advice! Thank you, Shelley
