What To Do If Area Is Red, Tight After Injecting Meth?

hi i injected meth for the first with a friend who done the injecting. my friend made sure it was in the vein properly cos they pulled it back and it filled with blood so then started to procced and finished. once all done a noticed the area went red and some swelling. also getting tingles in the same arm. we are not sure if we missed or maybe i was holding my arm to tight to pump up the vein while injecting. theres no real noticeable lump whats so ever but the area does feel alil tight. do you know what this may be caused from?

Hello
The redness means that a small amount of the liquid injected got into your skin instead of into your vein.

Nothing very serious here but if the redness continues beyond two day or begins to spread it would indicate an infection and you'd need to get a course of antibiotics
