What To Do If Warfarin Is Having No Effect While Being Treated For Anti-Cardiolipin Antibodies Syndrome?

I'm 36 years old and I have been on Warfarin for 10 years for Anti-Cardiolipin Antibodies Syndrome. When I'm on a medicine for a long amount of time, it starts to have no effect. For the past month, I have been on 10mgs of Warfarin(higher than normal) and instead of my INR going up, it went down. Could it be that I'm becoming immune to this medication as well?

HELLO AND WELCOME. I READ UR HX CAREFULLY. YOU HAVE A CONDITION WHICH REQUIRES A TARGET INR BETWEEN 2 NAD 3 WHEN ON WARFARIN AND NEED TO BE ON ANTIPLATELETS IE ASPIRIN TOO. IF YOU FEEL THE INR ISNT MAINTAINING THEN ASK UR DOC ABOUT OTHER OPTIONS EG
ENOXAPARIN AND RIVAROXABAN BOTH DONT REQUIRE INR MONITORING. THERE IS NO IMMUNITY TO DRUGS THERE MAY BE RECEPTOR DOWN REGULATION OR GENETIC PREDISPOSITIONS.
HOPE THIS HELPS. THANX
