What To Do If I Accidently Ate Chocolate Wrapper?

I have accidentally ate chocolate wrapper (aluminium small in size) and now I am not feeling comfortable , though I am not having any problem with breathing or swallowing but feeling very uncomfortable and I don t want to vomit. How should I act now ?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history accidentally eating the chocolate wrapper.
And feeling uncomfortable.
I do not think that there is anything to worry as this will be crumpled by the stomach and pass on as a foreign body with the next stool.
You do not have to anything specials this would have already reached the small intestines.
You may please get an X-ray and see for the wrapper.
Watch the stool regularly and if the wrapper is seen on X-ray follow with the progress by further X-rays.
