What To Do For Wrong Contraceptive Pill Taken During Period?

About a month ago I had an abortion and very thing went fine after it. When the normal bleeding finished I got a vaginal infection but treated that and then I started bleeding again an it's been about a week and it seems to be going away so I think it's my period. If this is the case then I have been taking the wrong contraceptive pill during my period and I don't know what to do about it?!
