What To Do For The Sunburn?

I was out in the sun for 3 hrs today and, for the first time in my life, got a sunburn. Now, there s a spot on my nose that is seeping yellowish clear liquid that rather quickly dries up, kind of like it s forming a scab, but I don t know why. Any info would be useful.
