Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

Acne on chest are prone to develop into keloids. Keloids are itchy. This could be the reason for persisted and itchy bumps on chest.
For acne I would suggest Oral antibiotics e.g either doxycycline/ minocycline. Duration of treatment would depend on severity and response to treatment.
Topically you may use either benzoyl peroxide or clindamycin gel for active acne on chest and back.
Treatment of keloid lesions is with intralesional injection of triamcinolone acetonide.
Intralesional injection of triamcinolone acetonide would be administered by a dermatologist in his office.
I suggest that you visit a dermatologist for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as appropriate treatment for both acne as well as keloids.

Regards
