What To Do For The Pimple Above The Lip In A Child?

And kind Im concerned because my 5 yr old got 2 tiny pimple lookin spots right above his lip and apparently scratched them and they went away but a day later he got a very small pimple looking spot on his nose and then a day after that it was much larger but kind of hard then he scratched it and it bled for just a second now its really red and very hard. I have never seen this and I'm concerned about what I should do...he doesn't have any anywhere else. Thank you!
