What To Do For The Lack Of Breath, Headache And Chest Pain Followed By High BP?
i have been having problems with high blood pressure for the past 3 weeks. never had high bp ever in my life before--spent last night in er bp wasnt as high but pulse was 125 symptoms of not being able to breath headache chest pain--they found my potassium was 2 they gave me potassium in the er--i just took my bp now and it is 180/103 should i be concerned again and go back to er?
The first & formost important thing to be done after having sypmtoms you mentioned is get your ECG done as it will clarify the picture.
As you having the high BP with the values of 180/103 whcih is quiet significatly high its better if you have consultation in ER.
One of the reason of your BP being high may be the tachycardia which you are having but as far as yor other symptoms are concerned better to be under the observation in ER.
