What To Do For The Chest Congestion?

Hello I have been congested for about a month now, I have used Sinus medicines to clear them up, and they do for a little while. Its mainly focused in my nose, and it hard for me to breathe at times, as well it feels like there is pressure in my upper nose and under my eye.

Hello
Thank You for contacting HCM.

is there history of pain in chest? Any associated history of nausea or vomiting?
Meanwhile take boiling water in a pot, put your head over the steam and cover whole with a sheet. Take deep breaths in it.(Avoid getting closer else it might cause burn). Do this twice a day.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow
up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us.
