Hello Mr. Siva Kumar and welcome.

Swelling of feet during pregnancy is seen quite often, and once observed the only thing we need to check or worry about are conditions like pre-eclampsia, eclampsia, diabetes. For this we check on the protein levels, blood pressure, blood sugar levels; and if all these return normal results then there is absolutely nothing to worry about. My sisters all had swelling during pregnancy but were perfectly healthy and delivered beautiful babies. The swelling gradually reduces with time after delivery. So please do not worry and just try to keep her comfortable.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
