Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,
In your query, you haven't mentioned if you had or are taking any treatment. That information would ave been very helpful. You should consult a psychiatrist immediately for your symptoms. Had I been your psychiatrist, i would have started you on one of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (like sertraline or escitalopram). You have to remember that it will take some time for treatment to show its effect. In addition you can also consider taking psychotherapeutic treatment in form of cognitive behavior therapy. Start exercising on a daily basis.
Hope this was helpful. Best wishes.
