What To Do For Pain In The Naval Down To The Incision 7 Months Post C Section In A Person With Retroverted Uterus And Hematoma?

Hi good evening I just had a baby via ceasarean seven months ago but I still in pain and discomfort from my naval down in my incision,pain most in left side ,tender and painful i,I can t even wear a tight pants,it s weird,they found a tiny amount of nonspecific free fluid in the pelvis.my uterus is retroverted measuring 6x5x4cm. The endometrium measures5.2mm. I have a hematoma too,please could u give me an advice what should i do?pls and thank u

I appreciate your concern such condition should be managed with symptomatic medicine, if you get the good response from this then it is okay otherwise this need to be brought to investigation to rule out the underlying cause, and the best symptomatic medicine would be "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day. hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
