What To Do For Make The Skin Fair?

I feel like I am getting darker day by day and its not because of sunlight since I am not getting exposed to the sun at all. I have tried all skin lightening products. Nothing worked. I am starting feel really depressed and have started to compare myself to fair skinned ladies. I don t know why suddenly I am losing all my self esteem. Is there any way to reduce to lighten my skin medically?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of dark skin, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
3. Apply a kojic acid cream like kojivit twice daily on full face.
4. Other treatment options are oral tranexamic acid, vitamin b3, topical hydroquinone and chemical peels done only by a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
