What To Do For Lowering The Heart Beat Rate?

Yesterday a had a few couple of wine then beer. I have a hangover but my pulse is 125/75. But my heart rate is between 96 and 101? What can I do to lower my heart rate. It is not normal in me. Usually my heart rate is 76. Of course is cause by the hangover. There is a remedy?

Hello. This is .body natural reaction to what you do ..liike in anxiety.. taking caffaine ...alcohol ...leads to increased heart rate... just need to take care of addiction ...if in control ..nothing will happen ...take care...
