What To Do For Loosing Weight?

I am sending you this e-mail ibecause I am concerned about my son. He is 35 yrs of age approx 100 lbs overweight has high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and is a borderline diebetic. He told me last week the doctors upped his dosage on his diebetes medicine. His choice of doctors are limited he has no health insurance but is Cherokee Indian so he is able to go to their facilities free. My concern is they are limited in what they can do and limited in the medications they can prescribe. He is considering lap ban surgery to loose weight. I feel like he can change his diet and exercise to bring these conditions under control. Can you send me some web sites I might check out and possibly send me any literature you have that might also be of use. I hate to see him go into surgery I lost my youngest son during a mitral valve repair at the young age of 28. I don't think I can loose another one.

Sincerely,

Charlotte Frazier

Dear HCM user here is your Physician to help you out after carefully reviewing your case. I have a vast experience in treating patients like this and in my expert opinion your son doesn't need surgery to reduce weight or for diabetes.
strict diet control and good active healthy lifestyle is all what's needed for him. In my expert views 100LBS is not a weight to be reduced for him. its good weight rather its a bit less weight for him. Say him to go for high fiber diet, plenty of fluids, curb carbohydrates and fats, take green leafy vegetables and fruits. use salads

Thank you and have a nice time ahead. Stay blessed and happy always, and may you get well soon. Accept my sincere thanks once again for trusting me and taking my consultancy.
